Great value house in quiet location. Beautifully decorated, very well equipped and very clean. Host was very responsive and polite. Check in instructions etc was very clear. Some great bars and food spots at the end of the street. Make sure you try Murphs Homestyle food!!! Amazing stay will definitely return in the future

We have used this property twice in the last eight months and we love it anytime we return to Saint Augustine. We will continue to try to book it. It’s quiet, clean well stocked and just comfortable.

Beautiful updated home with character
The home is beautifully uodated to modern times, and still has some of the original character from the original build. Theres nothing you need to bring. We had a wonderful time in it with no problems. So we didnt need to contact our host. So glad we chose this listing.

Christmas lights
Gorgeous property and extremely clean. I would agree with a previous comment that the neighborhood is up and coming but great ambience and cafes nearby. The host is excellent and readily available.
