Check-in was so easy and the host communicated very well, and gave simple and easy instructions. Such a cute and quaint place—the perfect size for two people! I stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. There was a sweet birthday sign, fresh flowers, and some delicious snacks waiting for us on the table. Such a thoughtful touch! The wall-mounted air conditioning units worked great, which was especially nice after spending the day touring the downtown area. It felt wonderful to come back, cool down, and relax! As an added bonus, The Blue Hen Café was right around the corner and within walking distance. We had an amazing brunch there!I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Everything was great besides the cigarette smell

The bungalow is adorable. The owners were very responsive, even late at night. We had trouble finding it because we didn’t read all of the instructions so that was on us.

This is a TINY home. I stayed there with my 10 year old son. I can't imagine it being comfortable for more than two adults. The home was very clean and well appointed with anything needed. There is no oven so plan accordingly if you are cooking. Property features a shared gravel parking lot with another rental. There is a HEAVY sliding wooden gate to secure the parking area, as the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy (though it was quiet and I have any problems). The shared parking lot means you rely on another unknown guest to close said gate. This was not be favorite because sometimes they didn't close the gate. It was also a bit of a pain to have to open and close it each time you wanted to leave or access the lot.A/C blow COLD and you will freeze. Try not running both units. They aren't needed because the home is TINY. Extra bed blankets would have been lovely. At one point the owner was onsite doing some maintenance on the locks (we were not having an issue with them) at the time. It was strange to have this happen while we were there and a little alarming to have a man outside the door trying to open it. As a woman staying alone with a child, it was a little unnerving. He identified himself as the property owner and I opened the door and spoke with him, but really he could have been anyone. It was just odd and seems like that could have waited until we had checked out.Overall, would stay again for price. All and all a wonderful stay. I'
